Website Downtime

Website Hi all. You may have noticed that the website was displaying an error and not much else for the last couple of days.

The website should be back to normal now. The error was caused by a database crash on one of the database tables, and some sloppy coding by the developers of our website's software meant that the correct error message wasn't being displayed. Anyway, it's one of those rare things that shouldn't happen again any time soon. I apologise for the inconvenience.

New Web Server

Website Hi all.

Just a quick note to say I've moved the site to a new webserver. This one should be a little bit faster, but more importantly for me it's cheaper Smile

Website downtime

Website The website went down for several hours today. The reasons for this are still unknown, but I'm looking into it. In the meantime please let me know if you have any problems - we shouldn't have lost any data.

Website Security

Website Hey all. Just dropping a note to say I've raised some security settings in response to some script kiddie constantly trying different SQL injection attacks (the warning emails are starting to give me a headache!), so if you or any friends get errors or warnings trying to access the site please let me know.

IMPORTANT: Server Hacked

Website Yesterday the server was hacked.

The hacker replaced several index pages on the server, which meant this and a couple other of my websites went down (replaced with a picture of a blown-up tank). I guess I should be thankful that they didn't delete/replace more files as the recovery process would have been harder otherwise.

I am taking steps to secure the server further, but until then I urge all site users to change their account passwords if possible. You can do so on the page below:
